Anifilm in Liberec? One of the best showcases of animated film in Europe with international renown. It is here where the audience can see the best world animation competing in eight categories, from feature films to games to virtual reality. The Czech Horizon competition places Czech films in the limelight. And the winners in Anifilm’s short film category can compete for an Oscar!

Anifilm ends today, but even on the last day, there’s still plenty to do and see. Check out the exhibitions that you’ve missed so far or go catch one last screening, and we will be looking forward to seeing you again next year back here in Liberec!
Anifilm 2025 announces the winners of the international competitions
A total of 10 feature films, 34 shorts films, 32 student films, 27 music videos, 17 abstract and non-narrative creations and 7 VR films competed in the international competition sections. In addition, 15 computer games and for the first time this year, 12 student computer games were competing at the festival.
