Just like last year, Anifilm visitors will have a chance to explore the world of iQLANDIA. The Liberec science centre will have a stall in the festival centre at Liberec Chateau. Each festival day, guests can see self-service exhibits and a special science show related to the festival theme of humour in animation. You can play a game titled Periodic Table Superheroes with characters portraying chemical elements. The game will also have a mobile app. Visitors who play Periodic Table Superheroes can look forward to superhero rewards. For the duration of the festival, holders of a valid Anifilm festival pass are also entitled to a 20% discount off the entry fee to the iQLANDIA scientific entertainment park.

In addition to films, Anifilm juror Stas Santimov uses video loops to externalise his dark visions.

This anti-war project involving dozens of Ukrainian animators started with an online appeal by director Mykyta Lyskov. The assignment was to portray the death of the archenemy of (not only) free Ukraine.

Together with his students from the Technical University in Liberec, Ivo Louda returns to Anifilm with a new installation utilising the principles of augmented reality.

This modest exhibition presents the feature film The Crossing. Several Czech animators collaborated with French director Florence Miailhe on this film. In addition to visual designs from the film, the exhibition includes an animation table demonstrating the technical aspects of the chosen technique.
