Hygienic and epidemiological measures during the Anifilm 2021

With regards to the current situation, we fully realise the risks connected to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. This year's Anifilm International Festival of Animated Films will therefore implement strict measures in accordance with the valid hygienic regulations aimed at preventing the risk of spreading SARS-CoV-2.

Each festival visitor must have a festival pass which is a necessary condition for entering all festival spots of this year's festival. The festival pass is also required when attending the free programme events – for this purpose, we have created the Visitor Basic festival pass. It will help us to create a database of all festival visitors and provide us with an opportunity to track them and verify their vaccination certificates, tests or confirmations of recovery from the disease in the last 180 days. The only exception is the evening accompanying programme in the Chateau where you can purchase a ticket on the spot, but you will still have to show one of the aforementioned documents and submit your email address.

CONDITIONS NECESSARY FOR PURCHASING THE FESTIVAL PASS

• Vaccination certificate
  • 22 days from the first dose of vaccination against COVID-19 but no more than 90 days if the second dose hasn't been applied
  • 22 days from the first dose of vaccination against COVID-19 but no more than 9 months if the second dose was applied
  • At least 14 days from the application of a vaccination dose in case of a single-dose system but no more than 9 months
• Negative antigen test no more than 72 hours old or a negative PCR test no more than 7 days old
• A document of testing at work or at school (confirmation from the employer or school, or an affidavit).
• Confirmation of recovery from the disease in the last 180 days.

These conditions do not apply to children under 6 years of age.

For your comfort, we have set up a testing tent in collaboration with ANYGENCE near the lower gate of the Chateau gardens. The tests are free as specified by the Czech law for – 2 PCR tests in one calendar month and 1 antigen test per week. The tent will be open from Tuesday to Saturday 9-19:00 and on Sunday 9-15:00. Please, use the reservation system, english version will be available on Monday. People with the reservation will be prioritized. Otherwise we cannot guarantee you our service. Testing will follow the scheme outlined in the table below:

You have to be tested for the hall period of validity of your festival pass.

With regards to the regulations of the Ministry of Health of the Czech Republic, you are also required to:

• wear a respirator in all indoor premises, toilets and at all seats
• not consume food and drinks in the screening halls as well as open-air screenings
• observe proper hygiene
• keep safe distances
• cooperate in random temperature checks
• be considerate and cooperative

This year, we have also significantly increased the cleaning frequency. All premises will be sanitised regularly after each programme block. All festival places will be equipped with biocidal agents for hand sanitising. At every programme spot and accommodation will be a document clarifying the valid safety measures. In case of any health problems, we ask you to avoid contact with other visitors and in case of a suspected COVID-19 infection, immediately contact your doctor or the Regional Hygienic Service of the Liberec Region.

We are monitoring the situation and valid measures and regulations. In case of any sudden changes, we kindly ask for your patience and understanding, all steps are taken to ensure a safe and smooth festival.
