Short films to compete at Anifilm selected!

The selection committee has selected films which will compete in Anifilm’s international competition this year. Out of 1406 submitted films, the committee selected:

• 37 short films
• 43 student films
• 22 music videos
• 18 abstract and non-narrative animations

The total number of films to compete in the festival’s short film competition categories is 120. You can find their list HERE.

We are glad that one or more Czech films have made into each one of our categories. But you can also look forward to films from 36 other countries including countries which are not represented very often such as Malaysia, Thailand, Tunisia, Mexico, Argentina, Brazil, South Korea, Japan, China and Belarus.

We are grateful for all submitted works. Thanks to them it was really difficult to make a final selection. Thank you very much!

Selection of films to compete in categories for best feature film, best computer game and all films to compete in the national competition Czech Horizon will be published until the end of February.
