VISITOR – Festival Pass for Visitors

VISITOR Festival Pass grants you:

• 4 free tickets to 4 screenings every day – limited by the capacity of the screening hall
• Free admission to a screening without a ticket – 5 minutes before the start of the screening only on free seats
• Free admission to all concerts and exhibitions
• Admission to the Alza Virtual Zone, Game Zone, VR zone in the Festival Centre
• A 3-day Festival Pass entitles you to buy the festival catalogue for a discounted price of 50 CZK
• A Full-time Festival pass comes with a free festival catalogue
• All festival passes come with a free programme brochure

You can easily register and purchase our festival passes for a discounted price at our festival database HERE

Once you are registered, order the festival pass online and pay it via a bank transfer until 31^st March 2017.

You will receive a confirmation email and your festival pass can be collected in the Festival Centre in Třeboň during the festival.

How to register and purchase the festival pass online:
You can submit a request for the festival pass on the Visitor page of our database here
If you don’t have an account in our database, we encourage to create one by clicking the button “Register” and filling up a simple form. The account will remain valid for the upcoming festival editions in future.
Once you are registered, you will be redirected to the Home page where you can subsequently order the festival pass.

• VISITOR Festival Pass during the festival

The festival passes can be bought during the festival, from 2^nd to 7^th May 2017, only in the Festival Centre, the passes need to be paid by cash only.

• VISITOR Festival pass for 1 day                                                    200 CZK
• VISITOR Festival pass for 1 day discounted*                              150 CZK
• VISITOR Festival pass for 3 days                                                  450 CZK
• VISITOR Festival pass for 3 days discounted*                             350 CZK
• VISITOR Festival pass for full-time                                                700 CZK
• VISITOR Festival pass full-time discounted*                                550 CZK

* Discount is offered to students, seniors and handicapped people upon presenting a valid ID entitling its holder to a discount (student ID, ISIC card etc.)

 

TICKETS

With a festival pass:
With the festival pass, you need to pick up your tickets for individual screenings in the ticket office of the J.K.Tyl Theatre – only for screenings of the given and the following day.

Without a festival pass:
You can buy individual tickets also without a festival pass. The tickets are sold for 80 CZK each in the J.K. Tyl Theatre at the Masaryk Square. If you have a valid ticket and will not appear 5 minutes before the start of the screening at the latest, your place may be taken. 

• Tickets for concerts can be bought at the door of the club for 100 CZK.
• The festival catalogue is sold for 150 CZK in the Festival Centre.
• The festival programme is sold for 10 CZK in the Festival Centre.

 

Opening hours:

• Festival Centre, Masarykovo Square 20, Třeboň:
  Tuesday 2^nd May to Saturday 6^th May from 8:30 to 20:00.
  Sunday 7^th May from 8:30 to 12:00.
• Ticket offices, J.K. Tyl Theatre, Masaraykovo Square, Třeboň:
  Tuesday 2^nd May to Saturday 6^th May from 8:30 to 20:00.
  Sunday 7^th May from 8:30 to 12:00.

• Children's theatre performances in the chateau park
• ČEZ School of animation in Roháč - the workshop of animation
• Midnight screenings in the Světozor Cinema
• Evening open-air screenings at the Masaryk Square 
• Festival tent (except for concerts)
• Sessions with the Filmmakers
• Exhibition Italian art animation in Foyer of J.K.Tyl Theatre 
• Alza VR Zone, Game Zone, VR zone in the Festival Centre
• Weekend Screenings for children in Schwarzenberg hall

 

PROFESSIONAL – Festival Pass for Film Professionals 

PROFESSIONAL Festival Pass Grants you: 

• 4 free tickets to 4 screenings every day – limited by the capacity of the screening hall
• Free admission to the Industry program
• Invitation to special festival events
• Free admission to all concerts and exhibitions including the exhibition in the House of Štěpánek Netolický
• The festival pass comes with the festival catalogue, programme brochure, industry brochure and VAF brochure
• Access to the video-room with competition films in the Festival centre
• Free admission to selected events of the Visegrad Animation Forum

• PROFESSIONAL Festival Passes during the Festival

 *Discounted Professional Festival Passes are offered for 1200 CZK. Discount is offered to students, seniors and handicapped people upon presenting a valid ID entitling its holder to a discount (student ID, ISIC card etc.)

 

PRESS Festival Pass Registration 

PRESS – Festival Pass for Journalists
The PRESS festival pass is offered to publishing journalists, editors and photographers.
We kindly ask you to submit your published article about the festival from recent years with your application. We will send you a confirmation on the email filled in the application form. You can apply for the festival pass until 31st March 2017. After the deadline, you can send your applications to: gabriela.zajicova@anifilm.cz
