Ride an orange spinbike and Help with Movement

If you find yourself near the Festival Centre or happen to walk down the Masaryk Square on Saturday, keep an eye out for an orange spinning bike – but don’t mistake it for a piece of performance art.
The bike will allow you to Help with Movement which is also the name of a charitable project by the ČEZ Foundation that allows people to support a good cause through physical exercise – in this case by riding a modified stationary bicycle. You won’t get far riding this orange spinbike, but that doesn’t mean it’s pointless. By cycling in place, you’ll be driving the activities of various NGOs, particularly those that focus on helping socially, physically, and mentally handicapped people. And every minute counts! We’re sure anyone can pedal for 60 seconds, be it child, adult or an elderly cyclist. The ČEZ Foundation will convert the distance you cover into money and donate it to two selected organizations – the environmental foundation Nadační fond pro Vydru and the sheltered workshop Motýl in Třeboň.
