Sightseeing and trips
When your eyes and back will feel sore from sitting in the cinemas all the time, go out and explore Třeboň. Either by feet or on your bike. The educational trail around the Svet pond is 12 km long. Less experienced hikers can choose the “Hrádeček” health trail in Třeboň which is only 3,6 km long. Cycling lovers (with a number of opportunities to rent bikes around Třeboň – e.g. Hotel Zlatá Hvězda at the masaryk Square) can choose from several cycling trails in Třeboň. For instance the nature marked trail “Around Třeboň” east of Třeboň is 39 km long and a shorter one, the “Rožmberk” trail, is 22 km long.
We also recommend a tour of The State Castle of Třeboň (www.zamek-trebon.eu) and the Schwarzenberg tomb (www.zamek-trebon.eu), the Regent Brewery (www.pivovar-regent.cz) or the fish farms Sádky Třeboň (www.trebon.rybarstvi.cz). There are swimming pools in the City Spa Aurora (www.aurora.cz) and in the Berta Spa (www.berta.cz) We recommend to book your stay in advance.
If you like bowling, you can visit for example Hotel Zlatá Hvězda or even the Berta Spa, Hotel Bohemia Regent (www.bohemia-regent.cz) offers mini-golf course and you can also find a climbing wall (Fashion design school, +420 384 721 337) and paintball (www.paintballmarines.cz). The Fashion design school, the City Spa Aurora and Berta Spa also have squash courts.

The festival or the trips are certainly hungry activities. There are lots of restaurants in Třeboň offering fish, pizzas, traditional Czech cuisine etc. You can even find a Cuban restaurant. And naturally dozens of cafes, wine bars, confectioneries and a rock club.
