Front woman Charlotte Fairman (AKA Charlie One) comes together with Mirek Lacko on keyboards & Vladimir Kliment on bass, to play an amalgamation of musical styles, heavily influenced by Jazz from ‚way back when‘... Charlie & the Chocolates will get your taste buds working with their sensual interpretations of classic tunes that you‘re bound to know... but sometimes not... a real eclectic mix, not to be missed. 

A drastic lack of original production for men was the impulse behind the creation of our cabaret group. Three wildcats from Chrudim with some great and experienced musicians behind their naked backs first drew attention to themselves with the Czech-Spanish single Machácame. Myštet is inspired by cabaret shows from the beginning of the 20th century when the famous Czech cabaret Červená sedma (The Seven of Hearts) provided the citizens of Prague with stress relief and intelligible humour. The cabaret group is also familiar with modern burlesque, an adult amusement focusing on the combination of satire and sexual stimulations, as represented by America’s Dita Von Teese. The Kriminaalne elevant band was formed by composer and filmmaker Kaspar Jancis in 2002 in order to make music for a short animation Year of monkey by Ülo Pikkov. Over 25 animations, features and docs followed after. The tunes for the films are suitable to play live, and according to public demand Kriminaalne elevant is having concerts. Their music is hard to classify into a certain style, as it includes elements of klezmer, jazz, punk, tango, ska, surfrock – you name it. They call it tingel tangel. But despite the weird mixture it’s very good for dancing and having fun.

DJ Liquid A is one of the most experience Djs in the Czech Republic. He started playing in the 90s in the legendary clubs of Roxy, XT3, Punto Azul and others. He is a pioneer of freestyle playing. His sets include Brazilian music, latino, vintage reggae, acid jazz, dub, funk, electro swing, soul, rare groove, weird pop depending on the location
and ambiance..

Co-creator of Prague funk DJ scene, strictly vinyl player with more than two decades of musical experiences. His sets are built mainly on 60’s and 70’s funk, soul and jazz but they might be just as well spiced up with disco, hiphop, latin, reggae and rare obscurities from pretty much any musical genre. Mr. Ultrafino runs several club nights, the most acclaimed of whose is the only regular funk-soul party in Czech Republic Funkopolis and highly electric Fúze. Other events include strictly 7“ singles night All45’s, underground disco party Kobra&Disko, and solo project Dusty Grooves Session. Mr. Ultrafino often cooperates with live musicians, singers and shares the turntables with Word renin producers such as Lack of Afro, Nik „Mukatsuku“ Weston or DJ Valique.elements of klezmer, jazz, punk, tango, ska, surfrock – you name it.
